All of our BÁSICA Jewellery pieces have been carefully crafted and made with love, to be worn in style by you! Each BÁSICA piece comes with a 6 month warranty against damage from normal wear. Jewellery Care Guide

Wearing your jewellery

  • Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, showering, or any activity that risks physical damage.
  • Limit your gold-plated jewellery exposure to lotions, perfumes, hair styling products, and sunscreen.
  • After wearing your jewellery, wipe it clean with a clean soft cloth and avoid conventional jewellery cleaner or a treated jewellery cloth.

Storing your jewellery

  • When not in use, store your jewellery in a safe, dry place to protect it against the elements of daily exposure. 
  • Store jewellery separately to avoid scratching and hang necklaces to avoid tangles.
  • Sterling silver should be kept in an anti-tarnish bag or cloth.

General jewellery cleaning

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to keep your jewellery looking shiny. 
  • To clean, we advise a soft cloth to gently clean the surface. Do not use water, cleaning chemicals, or jewellery cloths.
