What is your return + Exchange
BÁSICA JEWELLERY PIECES
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit given that the below requirements are met.
Please note: we offer store credit only.
In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
- The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging/ tags
- The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches
- The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery date
- The item was not purchased in a sale
- Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons
A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card or code (with no expiry) which you can use to repurchase another item on our website.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There may be delays during busy periods, as soon as we receive your return our team will contact you via email
- Sale items are not eligible for returns
- We cannot offer direct exchanges unless there is items in stock.
- All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team (detailed below)
What is the return process and how do I start a return?
Reach out to return@megajewelry.com with your return request. Make sure to include your order number.
Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip in your return package.
Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package.
Packages can either be dropped off at any authorized UPS location, or you can schedule a pick-up via UPS. Please ensure the package is scanned for tracking purposes and obtain a receipt and record of your tracking number.
With regards to exchanges, the new item requested will be shipped once the returned item is accepted.
How do I track my returns or orders?
To track the status of your return, refer to your confirmation email. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from BÁSICA customer care.
Quality Control
Do you offer repairs?
Each BÁSICA piece comes with a 6 month warranty against damage from normal wear. Exposure to water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, and beauty products will damage your jewellery, or cause tarnishing. Sometimes your pH affects plating as well.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless it is within 30 days of purchase, or it is determined that there is an issue with the product.
Materials
All BÁSICA jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver, including posts. The silver is then dipped in 14k Yellow Gold and electroplated for the longest-lasting wear. All 14k Solid Gold pieces are made in China with sustainable diamonds, allowing us the opportunity to offer our best prices.
Cancel Order
We ship orders within one business day, so if you would like to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours. If we have already shipped your item, you will have to follow the return policy steps and process a refund.
